555hh Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions and Interpretation

The following terms used in these conditions have specific defined meanings:

• "Platform" means the 555hh website, application and all related services.
• "User" means any person who has registered on the 555hh platform or is using its services.
• "Account" means the individual profile registered for each user.
• "Balance" means the total amount of funds held in a user's account.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit or reward given to users by 555hh.
• "Bet" means the money placed to participate in any game or event on the platform.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

The following eligibility conditions must be met to use the 555hh platform:

• You must be at least 21 years old. This platform is open only to those aged 21 and above.
• You must use this platform voluntarily and in a sound state of mind.
• Online gaming must be lawful in your place of residence or the location from which you are accessing the platform.
• You must not have previously been excluded or banned from any 555hh promotion.

3. Account Registration and Management

Each individual may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances.

• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details completely confidential.
• If you suspect your account is being used without authorization, you must notify 555hh support immediately.
• 555hh may request identity documents or other records from you at any time for the purpose of identity verification.
• If any of your provided information changes, you must update your account details as soon as possible.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

The following rules apply to depositing and withdrawing funds on the 555hh platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300, which applies to all payment methods.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
• The deposit method and withdrawal method must be the same — that is, if you deposited via bKash, you must withdraw via bKash.
• If fraud or unusual activity is suspected in any transaction, 555hh reserves the right to suspend or cancel that transaction.

A verification process may be required before a withdrawal can be completed. If the necessary documents are not provided in time, the withdrawal process may be delayed.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonus and promotional offers from 555hh are governed by the following rules:

• Welcome Bonus: A 100% bonus on the first deposit applies up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times (10x).
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the specified wagering requirements have been met.
• Each user may claim each promotion only once.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or bonus arbitrage is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• 555hh reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time without notice.
• A maximum bet limit may apply when using a bonus, which will be stated in the promotion's terms and conditions.

6. Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to playing all games on the 555hh platform:

• The specific rules for each game can be found in that game's information section. These rules should be read before playing.
• If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical error or loss of connection, the result recorded on the 555hh server will be considered final.
• If an abnormal result occurs due to a software error or technical issue, that game may be cancelled and the bet amount will be refunded.
• If any attempt is made to gain an advantage through fraud or artificial means in any game, the account will be permanently closed.
• The use of bots or automated software is strictly prohibited.
• In live games, the dealer's decision is final, and game logs will be reviewed in the event of a dispute.

7. Sports Betting Rules

Special rules apply for betting on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football (FIFA World Cup) and other sports:

• All odds and betting markets change in real time. Once a bet is confirmed, no changes can be made to the applicable odds.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, all bet amounts will generally be refunded, unless the specific bet's terms state otherwise.

• If incorrect odds are published in any market, 555hh reserves the right to cancel bets placed at those odds.
• If evidence of match fixing or use of inside information is found, the relevant bets will be cancelled and the account will be closed.

8. VIP Program

The 555hh VIP program has five tiers, offering special benefits for regular players:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 0.7% cashback per week and additional benefits.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% cashback per week and priority service.
• Diamond: Up to 1.2% cashback per week and exclusive benefits.

Advancement through VIP tiers depends on regular and active participation on the platform. 555hh reserves the right to review and modify VIP benefits at any time.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 555hh platform and may result in account suspension or closure:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses or gain advantages through fraudulent means.
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorization.
• Using the platform for money laundering or with funds from illegal sources.
• Using automated bots or third-party software.
• Attempting to harass or harm other users.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems.

10. Responsible Gaming

555hh always endeavors to provide a fair and transparent service, however in the event of any dispute, 555hh's own records and logs will be considered final evidence.

14. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute or complaint, please follow the process below:

• The 555hh support team will review your dispute and attempt to provide a resolution as quickly as possible.
• Complex matters will be reviewed at a higher level and a reasonable amount of time may be needed to reach a resolution.
• In resolving disputes, the decision of 555hh will be considered final and binding.

15. Changes to Terms and Effective Date

555hh reserves the right to change, add to or cancel these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes where possible. The latest version of these terms will always be available on this page.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These terms are written in Bengali and the Bengali version is authoritative.
